Hi Claudia! What are you thinking about right now?
Daydreaming about being back in the office eating donuts with the team. But hey, nothing new there.
What do you believe in today that you didn’t believe in before you started Tailify?
You know when people tell you; ‘find a job that you love and you won’t work a day of your life’. I did not believe in that. But to be honest, my journey at Tailify feels more of a personal mission, rather than a job. To me, that feeling has been life-changing. So… go find yourself a job that you do love.
Tell us about your best Tailify memory?
Seeing all Tailifyers jumping up and down, singing (truth: screaming) Dancing Queen with Abba cruising through Regent’s Street in an old fashioned London Bus. We danced, we jived, we had the time of our lives.
Gimme gimme gimme back the memories after midnight…
Name one thing your colleagues would never know about you?
Well, if you’d ask them to describe me they might tell you that I am a bubbly and goofy oddball. They’re no liars, I completely am. But most of them probably don’t know that I am deeper than the ocean, spending shit ton of my spare time reflecting upon life, human behaviour and the why. Half-time People & Culture Partner, half-time Philosopher.
How would you describe the Tailify team?
Impactful, relentless, humble and good-weird. <3 It’s a team consisting of strong characters who have come together to change the world, and have fun along the way.
If you were an influencer - what type of influencer would you be and why?
I would inspire people to embrace their inner child (true self) and play to their strengths. It’s the magic formula for pure happiness and success.
Professionally, what’s your goal?
For now, to master my profession with the purpose of reciprocity. I aspire to a) coach other People and Culture Partners to reach mastery, b) support individuals to unlock their full potential.
What’s your top tip for what other People and Culture partners should be doing right now?
As Alice Pavin mentioned last week, everything is about perception. Don’t perceive distance as a hindrance to bring your team closer. On the flip side, Tailify is now closer than ever. We move mountains together, we exercise together, we meditate together, we get to know each other like never before.
Last question, being Tailifys first People and Culture Partner, what’s the biggest improvement you’ve seen through your time with us.
Gatekeeping and transparency. Two fundamental building blocks for maintaining an anti-fragile culture and work environment.
Tailify’s founders have done wonders laying out the foundation for our A-game culture. I made it my mission to continuously improve and guard what they worked hard to build.
Last year we worked hard to double in size, and so we did. More importantly, with a strengthened and antifragile culture. This is the critical ingredient for a successful growth, but also the toughest one to nail.
